In order to practice the corporate governance and enable the Board of Directors to perform its functions effectively, the Company’s Board of Directors resolved on March 14, 2015 to appoint Mr. Erg-Hsiang Li as the Company's chief corporate governance officer, namely the executive officer in charge of corporate governance-related matters and have corporate governance personnel in charge of corporate governance business from each relevant unit execute various corporate governance matters. The Company's chief corporate governance officer has more than three years’ experience in financial accounting management and internal auditing officer in public companies.

• Handle matters relating to the Board of Directors meetings and shareholders’ meetings according to laws
• Assist directors in assuming the position and continuing education
• Provide directors with the information required by their performance of job duties
• Assist directors in legal compliance
• Report to the Board of Directors the review results about whether the independent directors satisfy relevant laws and regulations during their nomination, election and term of office.
• Other matters set forth according to the Articles of Incorporation or contract.
